Anchor

Supplier Responsibility

The supply chain is part of the system.

Expectations for suppliers supporting Anchor products and infrastructure.

01

Standards

Suppliers are expected to meet requirements for labor, security, materials, privacy, confidentiality, and operational integrity.

Vendors that process Anchor or customer context must operate under appropriate agreements and controls.

02

Review

Supplier relationships are reviewed for continuity risk as well as commercial performance. Anchor considers dependency concentration, data access, service reliability, incident history, and exit paths.

High-impact suppliers may require additional review before they are connected to production systems or institutional deployments.

03

Materials

Anchor favors durable materials, restrained packaging, and traceable production practices for physical goods.

Merch and product applications should use the mark as an integrated material detail, not as a sticker or decorative afterthought.

04

Escalation

Concerns about supplier conduct, security, labor, privacy, or environmental practices should be escalated through documented review channels.

Anchor may pause, remediate, or end supplier relationships that create unacceptable continuity or trust risk.
