Annual Reports

The work, reported plainly.

Operational reports and continuity index summaries from Anchor.

01

Continuity Index

Annual reports summarize continuity performance, drift review, system reliability, deployment patterns, and material changes to governance.

The Continuity Index is a reporting frame for how consistently shared context remains legible, recoverable, and aligned across systems.

02

Governance

Reports include review practices for contested context, access changes, memory preservation, institutional deployments, and major incidents.

Where a metric cannot be responsibly published, the report should explain the limitation rather than invent precision.

03

Availability

Public reports are prepared for broad readability and institutional reference. Workspace-specific reports may be available under agreement to customers, auditors, and regulators.

Reports should preserve a stable record of what Anchor understood at the time they were prepared.

04

Format

Reports should favor tables, definitions, and short narrative notes over marketing claims.

The goal is a legible record: what changed, why it matters, and what remains unresolved.
